Exciting Benefits and Compensation Manager opportunity in the Seaport area! information with regards to the company will be given during 1st round interviews.


  1. HRIS Oversight and Maintenance
    • Provide support for key HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws.
    • Implement and recommend user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train team members on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
    • Oversee data integrity in HR systems by running queries, analyzing data, and creating and conducting various audits. Develop data integrity protocols between HR, Finance, and other internal departments.
    • Assess and identify opportunities for system/process improvement, recommend and document solutions.
    • Track system utilization and make plans to improve use of HR systems
  2. Compensation/Payroll
    • Monitor weekly payroll submissions to ensure compliance with relevant state and local laws
    • Assist in building compensation structure and continued maintenance of compensation structure.
    • Evaluate future needs for maintaining job descriptions and FLSA compliance
    • Risk management
  3. Reporting and Process Improvement
    • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
    • Assist in development of standard report for ongoing HR and client needs.
    • Additional Reports as Needed

  2. Computer literate and able to learn new software quickly including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  3. Function independently within company guidelines
  4. Excellent customer service

Position Type & Hours


Position type Full-Time 9a-5p with some flexible scheduling available


Education, Certification, and Experience


  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. 1-2 years Human Resources or payroll experience preferred
  3. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or ADP preferred
