The Bookkeeper reports financial data, supports operations and does all other job duties as assigned. 

Responsibilities

  • Financial Data
    • Prepares and prints daily reports
    • Inputs financial data daily
    • Resolves Accounts Receivable issues
    • Investigates areas of concerns
    • Point of contact for revenue exchanges
    • Drop deposit at the bank
  • Oversight
    • Audit cashier logs, processes, and procedures
    • Tracking coupons as revenue
    • Ticket audits, including non-revenue tickets and daily paperwork reconciliation
    • Keeps a Daily Ledger and works with the Operations Manager to complete safety audits
    • Open and sort mail
    • Other administrative duties as needed.
  • Client Relationship
    • Review client packages with manager and client as needed
    • Prepares invoices and assists in preparation and review of monthly client statements with the operations manager and client contact
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional services to guests as needed
    • Uphold and enforce customer service guidelines

Qualifications

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written

Education RequirementsAssociates or Bachelor’s degree (in progress okay) in Finance or Accounting preferred

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiencies
    • Computer literate and able to pick up new software quickly including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Function independently within company guidelines
    • Handle customer concerns
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
    • Able to work collaboratively with others
    • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks 
  • Physical Demands
    • Working on your feet for a large part of the day
    • Sitting or standing for long periods of time
  • Certifications/Licenses
    • Active Driver’s License
