The VPNE Healthcare Manager – New Business Operations is a client facing role focused on developing the operational necessities, training and performance. Reporting to the Director, the New Business Operations Manager will be fully engaged in the business development and implementation strategy of new business. As a divisional dedicated manager, this position will also support and ensure successful new business projects and existing business expansions.
Partner with the Talent Team to attract and retain impressive people – managers and hourly team members who provide exceptional service to all clients
· Develop best practices and strategic goals to successful implement programs at new business sites and clients.
· Partner with the Training Team to facilitate safety and compliance trainings, including classroom requirements including AVADE, as well as online through our Vector Hub
· Maintain active certifications for all VPNE and client required safety and compliance trainings including but not limited to AVADE, CPR, Welle, etc.
· Understand “Client’s Definition of Success,” deliver and present it consistently in a very impressive manner at every opportunity.
· Maintain client service plans and execute tasks ahead of schedule.
· Coordinate with the People Team to expedite hiring and processing of appropriate paperwork.
· Regularly perform safety audits for all service lines and work closely with Training and Development to proactively reduce incidents.
· Serve as point of contact for any customer complaints and ensure guest and client satisfaction is achieved.
· Provide regular feedback to the team including educating managers and team members on best practices, recognizing good performance and correcting behavior with a “coaching with kindness” manner.
New Business/Opening Team
· With the Director, support all local, regional and national growth projects including new business and current business expansions
· Champion the knowledge and education above to train new teams on VPNE policies, procedures and best practices.
· Create a positive, productive work environment that will thrive and succeed post the immediate transition and onboarding period.
Qualifications:
Years of Experience: At least 3+ years of professional work experience preferably in a supervisory role that requires leadership and training in a business setting
Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
Preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related major

· Training and development experience in new business settings preferred
