    The role of the Assistant Manager is to provide superior customer service and contribute to a safe & smoothly run operation.

    • Oversee team of valet attendants and direct them to park cars in assigned spaces
    • Maintain organization at valet stand and in front of the hotel
    • Motivate employees to provide top-notch customer service through demonstration of best practice
    • Open car doors for guests and have a strong awareness of guest’s needs
    • Be point of contact for hotel guests and handle all customer service issues as they arise
    • Complete daily OT Report, revenue report & review P&L statements for location
    • Oversee valet staff, schedule employee hours & handle staffing issues
    • Assist with payroll
    • Be a business leader through demonstration of professionalism and integrity
    • Be the Client’s go-to person, performing job duties in the absence of Manager
    • All other duties as assigned


    • Possess a valid driver’s license in state of residency
    • Ability to drive a manual transmission
    • College Degree Preferred or 3+ years’ customer service experience & supervisor experience
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • An upbeat personality and willingness to go the extra mile for hotel guests
    • Experience in customer service with emphasis in being friendly and outgoing during customer interactions
    • Strong work ethic
    • A positive attitude and strong leadership skills
    • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
    • Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
    • Ability to run and move quickly, organize cars efficiently, stand for long periods of time as well as lift a minimum of 50 lbs when needed
    • A clean criminal background check and RMV check
    • Basic computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
