    The role of the Operations Manager is to facilitate an impressive operation with impressive team members providing exceptional service. This includes making an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests in a positive and friendly manner and developing a relationship with the client that results in VPNE Parking Solutions being viewed as a Strategic Partner.

    • Safety
      • Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times.
      • If needed - operates vehicles in a safe manner to minimize potential for accidents.
      • Oversees the tracking of keys, and vehicles throughout the garage.
    • Service
      • Ensures all team members are providing exceptional guest experiences to every guest by smiling at, greeting and helping every guest as they enter the garage.
      • Maintains garage organization.
    • Appearance
      • Adheres daily to VPNE appearance standards
      • Enforces correct uniform, shaves, hair, etc. with team members
    • Revenue Control
      • Develops and maintains a strong revenue control program
      • Regularly audits location
      • Reviewing DCR’s daily
    • Administration
      • Staffing: Hours/OT
      • Know and understand billing
      • Review financials
      • VISA Expense Reports for Corporate Card submitted correctly and on time
      • Meets all deadlines

    • Must enforce VPNE policies during every shift

    • Ability to run and move quickly throughout garage
    • Ability to organize cars efficiently
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Possesses a valid Driver’s License in state of residency.
    • Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check when overseeing a valet operation


    • Work requires a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
    • Work requires ability to create relationships with customers.
    • Work requires the skill of organization.
    • Work requires employees to be in good condition, allowing them to run throughout the garage.
    • Work requires the ability to understand and respond to basic written or verbal instructions in English. Employees must respond appropriately to instructions, questions, or requests for information.

    Jobholder Requirements:

    • Educational Requirements: BA in Business Administration or related field preferred
    • Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years' progressive responsibility in operation in parking, hospitality or a related field
    • Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
    • Driver's License when overseeing a valet or shuttle operation
