This role involves overseeing essential functions of the Support Services Department to ensure smooth operations of the hospital environment. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Hospital Support Services Manager to implement strategies that improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards in patient care services. They are also responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing vendor relationships.
