The Onboarding Specialist is a critical role that has a high-impact contribution to the People department in supporting designated VPNE/Aloha locations in hiring and onboarding new team members. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, which encompasses the activities involved in building and maintaining a dynamic, fun and successful workforce, the Onboarding Specialist will ensure compliance with new hire paperwork for VPNE/Aloha as well as any other requirements including occupational health necessities. This role will largely be focused on support services and parking operations in the healthcare sector of our Aloha Solutions Company and is a hybrid position with an office based in downtown Boston.  

As a member of VPNE’s growing transportation division, the role of the CDL Shuttle driver is to safely transport employees and customers from parking facilities to their designated areas. The CDL Shuttle Driver will provide exceptional service and safety at all times and will ensure the vehicle is cleaned and maintained and meets company standards and brand representation.   Hours: Mon - Fri 515 AM - 915 AM & 2 PM - 6 PM

The Director of Client Solutions is a newly created position to support the rapid growth of VPNE Healthcare’s business.
