The role of the Assistant Valet Manager is to contribute to a safe and smoothly run operation at our location. The Assistant Manager maintains effective communication with the Valet and General Manager as needed. The role of the Supervisor is to facilitate an impressive operation with enthusiastic team members by providing exceptional service. The role of the Valet & Parking General Manager is to oversee and manage the hotel valet operation, parking and lot services by providing exceptional guest service and maintaining an environment of safety and risk prevention. Using top notch customer service skills, professionalism and through leading by example, the General Manager will create an atmosphere that caters to the many varying needs of hotel guests and visitors through effective team leadership and management. The General Manager will effectively communicate and execute VPNE policies, procedures and brand standards to optimize service and revenue while fostering a trustworthy client relationship.

The Onboarding Specialist is a critical role that has a high-impact contribution to the People department in supporting designated VPNE/Aloha locations in hiring and onboarding new team members. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, which encompasses the activities involved in building and maintaining a dynamic, fun and successful workforce, the Onboarding Specialist will ensure compliance with new hire paperwork for VPNE/Aloha as well as any other requirements including occupational health necessities. This role will largely be focused on support services and parking operations in the healthcare sector of our Aloha Solutions Company and is a hybrid position with an office based in downtown Boston.
